The Henderson Hub’s first ever art exhibition has gotten off to a flying start this week, with hundreds of people through the door to look at the wide range of 2D artwork on display – all from local artists.
As well as more established artists, we have hosted artwork from newcomers who have never displayed their work before – and all have been appreciated by Abbots Langley residents from across the area.
A few pieces have even been sold (three on our first day!) and the range of greetings cards have also proved incredibly popular with visitors, young and old.
The exhibition is on until the 25th February (10am to 4pm all days except Wednesday and Sundays) so please pop in (for the first time, or a further visit) and see us – it’s completely free!
If you aren’t already, you can join our mailing list to find out about supporting future Henderson Hub events and activities – including future art exhibitions – by signing up using this link.
Thank you to
- All our volunteers who have made this possible – you know who you are!
- All of the artists who have contributed their work to this exhibition
- Three Rivers District Council for the funding which enabled us to purchase much of the display equipment.
